天麻钩藤饮加减治疗高血压(肝阳上亢型)40例临床观察

目的]观察天麻钩藤饮加减治疗高血压(肝阳上亢型)的临床疗效。方法]将87例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例采用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗,对照组47例口服拜新同治疗。两组治疗30d后判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效31例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%;对照组显效33例,有效5例,无效9例,总有效率80.85%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]天麻钩藤饮加减治疗高血压(肝阳上亢型)疗效较好。

Clinical Observation on Treating 40 Cases of Hypertension (Excessive Rise of Liver-Yang) with Jiajian Tianma Gouteng Yin

Objective]To observe the clinical observation on treating hypertension(excessive rise of liver-Yang) with Jiajian Tianma Gouteng Yin.Method]The 87 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group 40 cases with Jiajian Tianma Gouteng Yin treatment,control group 47 cases oral application nifedipine controlled release tablets treatment.After 30d treatment to determine efficacy of the two groups.Results]The treatment group markedly 31 cases,effective 6 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency rate for 92.50%.The control group markedly 33 cases,effective 5 cases,invalid 9 cases,the total efficiency rate for 80.85%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion]Treating hypertension(excessive rise of liver-Yang) with Jiajian Tianma Gouteng Yin has a good effect.
