摘    要:现有的电加热防/除冰组件存在着能耗高、柔性差及升温速度慢等问题,给飞机机载能源提出了较高的要求。以加热元件温升特性、热均匀性为优化目标,获得其最优构型,并提出加热元件的制备工艺。针对加热元件进行了热/力学特性试验,结果表明相较于环境温度,热流密度对加热元件热力学特性影响更大;加热元件在不同力学负载下仍能保持良好的热力学特性。可见基于复合材料的石墨烯电加热元件在飞机防/除冰领域具备优良的应用前景。

Abstract:The existing electric heating anti-icing/deicing components have many problems, such as high energy consumption, poor flexibility and slow heating rate, which put forward a high demand for airborne energy.In this paper, the temperature rise characteristics and thermal uniformity of the heating element are taken as the optimization objective, the optimal configuration is obtained, and the preparation process of the heating element is proposed.The thermal/mechanical characteristics of the heating element were tested. The results show that the heat flux density has a greater effect on the thermodynamic characteristics of the heating element than the ambient temperature.The heating element can keep good thermodynamic characteristics under different mechanical loads.It can be seen that graphene electric heating elements based on composite materials have excellent application prospects in the field of aircraft anti-icing.
