摘    要:对引起转子-轴承系统失稳的主要因素:非线性油膜力、转轴材料的内摩擦、动压密封力、蒸汽激振力进行了分析非线性油膜力对转子-轴承系统的稳定性影响最大,应重点分析和研究在非线性油膜力作用下转子-轴承系统的稳定性、响应及动力学行为.动态密封力、材料内阻尼、蒸汽激振力对转子-轴承系统的稳定性均有影响.因此在进行转子-轴承系统的稳定性研究及动力学设计时均应考虑这些非线性因素.

Abstract:Analyses nonlinear oil film force, inside friction of rotary shaft material, dynamic pressure seal force,and steam induced vibration force which bring about rotor-bearing system instability. Nonlinear oil film force has the strongest influence on the rotor-bearing system stability, emphases are put on the analysis and study on the stability,response and dynamic performance of for the rotor-bearing system under the nonlinear oil film force. Inside friction of revolution shaft material, dynamic pressure seal force, and steam induced vibration force influences on the rotorbearing system stability. Therefore, these nonlinear factors should be considered for stability research of rotor-bearing system and dynamics design.
