2型糖尿病患者个性化护理的临床效果分析

目的 探讨对2型糖尿病患者采用个体化护理的临床效果.方法 将2010年9月至2012年3月收治的2型糖尿病患者130例完全随机分为对照组和观察组,各65例.对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施个性化护理干预,第3个月末对2组的血糖等生化指标及SF-36生活质量量表评分进行分析和统计.结果 护理3个月后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白和TC均明显低于对照组(5.1±0.9) mmol/L比(6.9±1.5) mmol/L,(7.2±1.4) mmol/L比(11.3 ±2.2)mmol/L,(4.5±1.7)％比(8.3±1.8)％,(1.4±0.6)mmol/L比(2.8±1.0) mmol/L,均P＜0.05]；观察组躯体功能、躯体角色、肌体疼痛、一般健康状况、生命力、社会功能、情感角色、心理健康等各项评分均明显高于对照组(81.1±3.4)分比(79.0±3.4)分,(51.2±3.1)分比(49.0±2.8)分,(75.2±1.8)分比(73.0±1.4)分,(38.1±1.3)分比(36.8±1.4)分,(65.8±1.3)分比(63.4±1.1)分,(88.0±1.6)分比(85.5±1.3)分,(53.9±3.2)分比(47.3±3.2)分,(76.0±2.0)分比(72.4±0.6)分,均P＜0.05].结论 个性化护理对2型糖尿病患者疗效显著.

Clinical effect of personalized care in patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of personalized clinical care in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods All 130 patients with type 2 diabetes from Sep. 2010 to Mar 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 65 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine care intervention and the observation group was treated with personalized care intervention. Blood sugar levels in patients as well as the indicators of SF-36 quality score were analyzed after 3 months. Results The fasting blood glucose, blood glucose postprandial 2 h, glycosylated hemoglobin value and total cholesterol values in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ 5. 1 ± 0. 9 ） mmol/L vs （ 6. 9 ± 1. 5 ） mmol/L, （ 7. 2 ± 1.4）mmol/L vs（ll.3 ±2.2）mmol/L, （4.5 ±1.7）% vs（8.3 ± 1.8）%, （1.4 ±0.6） mmol/L vs（2.8 ± 1.0） mmol/L, P 〈 0.05 ] ; the SF-36 quality of life scale score in observer group was significantly higher than the control group （ 81.1 ± 3.4） scores vs （ 79.0 ± 3.4 ） scores, （ 51.2 ± 3.1 ） scores vs （ 49.0 ± 2.8 ） scores, （ 75.2 ± 1.8 ） scores vs （73.0 ± 1.4） scores, （38.1 ± 1.3 ） scores vs （ 36.8 ± 1.4 ） scores, （ 65.8 ± 1.3 ）scores vs （ 63.4 ± 1.1 ） scores, （88.0 ± 1.6） scores vs （85.5 ± 1.3 ） scores, （53.9 ± 3.2） scores vs （47.3 ± 3.2） scores, （76.0 ± 2.0） scores vs （72.4 ± 0. 6） scores, P 〈 0. 05 ]. Conclusion Personalized care for the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes has significant effect and is worth large-scale clinical promotion.
