| 摘 要： | 本文从现有的网络教学资源库建设面临的校企缺乏沟通机制、教学资源更新滞后等现实问题入手,就如何构建一个全新的、以学习者为中心、实现教学资源与企业对接、教学形态与工作过程对接、学习方式自由灵活、交流渠道丰富通畅的数字化教学资源库进行了有益的探索。
