| 摘 要： | 超临界流体萃取过程特点决定了萃取釜需采用快开结构。卡箍式快开结构是一种开启方便、适用压力范围广、承压能力强的快速开关盖装置。以超临界萃取釜为产品对象,开发了萃取釜卡箍式快开结构CAD软件。软件以VB6.0为开发平台,辅以数据库技术,通过ActiveX Autom ation技术生成相应的强度计算书,并在AutoCAD环境下参数化绘制其工程图样。

| Abstract: | The extraction kettle needs to adopt quick closure device according to the process characteristic of supercritical fluid extraction.The clamping bands quick closure device is a quick-open equipment which opens conveniently,suits wide application for broad pressure range,and offers high pressuretightness.A software for the clamping bands quick closure device was developed.The software is studied by AutoCAD exploiting technology ActiveX Automation on the developing platform of Visual Basic6.0 and under AutoCAD drawing environment.The calculation and construction drawing of the design can be achieved automatically. |
