| 摘 要： | 高校教师的心理健康问题已受到社会的普遍关注。为此,寻求合理的教师心理健康维护策略成为当务之急。从分析心理健康问题产生的原因出发,提出由生理健康、心理学素养、新观念树立、高校整体环境的改善几方面共同维护高校教师心理健康的策略。

| Abstract: | More concern has been shown to the mental health of teachers in colleges and universities.It is important for people to find reasonable ways to safeguard teachers' health.This paper analyses the causes of their psychological problems and presents some ways to safeguard teachers' health from the respect of physiological health,the accomplishment of psychology,new sense and the improvement of the overall environment of colleges and universities. |
