声光-光机二维激光扫描系统

摘    要:基于声光扫描和光机扫描系统,探讨了这种声光与光机相结合的二维激光光栅扫描系统,并讨论了该二维扫描系统的扫描速度稳定性控制及其同步,对该系统的性能进行了测试.结果表明:该二维激光扫描系统的扫描线比较均匀,在激光投影仪等领域具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract:Two-dimensional opto-mechanic and acousto-optic laser raster scanning system is presented based on acousto-optic and opto-mechanic scanning mechanism. The stability control of the scanning speed is discussed as well as the synchronization of the line scanning system and the frame scanning system. The modulation performance of the system was tested. The experimental result shows that the scanning lines of the raster are well-proportioned, which indicates that the system has a good market prospect when it is used in such areas as laser projectors and so on.
