唐钢碳钢药芯焊丝用冷轧钢带分层缺陷的分析

摘    要:唐钢公司生产的碳钢药芯焊丝用冷轧退火钢带偶尔出现分层“起泡”现象,对“起泡”分层钢带进行金相检测,对分层裂纹的典型部位进行扫描电镜分析,认为长条直条穿晶型夹杂物严重破坏了基体的连续性,引起钢带分层。冶炼时加强脱氧,采取全程保护浇铸,可有效减少钢带分层。

Abstract:The layering " foaming" defects would occasionally be brought about in cold - rolling annealing strip steel used for carbon - steel flux cored electrodes. The metallographic examination is done for the defect strip steel; the typical part of layering cracks is analyzed with scanning electron microscope. It is considered that the transgranular inclusions of long and straight strip shape seriously destroy the continuity of matrix, and cause the layering strip steel. With strengthening deoxidation in smelting and adopting full protection casting, the defects can be reduced.
