摘    要:介绍了某超限高层结构的抗震分析与设计方法,针对该超限结构,在分析与设计中采取了抗震性能设计方法和比现行规范更为严格的抗震措施;同时重点介绍了双向密肋空腔楼盖分析与设计的重点和难点;对本工程关键部位如型钢混凝土梁柱节点采取精细化空间设计方法,制定严格的施工控制措施,以确保该结构达到预期的抗震性能设计目标和规范要求。

Abstract:The seismic analysis and design methods of a high-rise building beyond code-specification is introduced in this paper.According to the structures,a performance-based seismic design method and more stringent anti-seismic measures than the current criterions are adopted,meanwhile,the key points and difficulties of the waffle cavity slab analysis and design are introduced in this paper,aim to the key parts such as steel reinforced concrete beam column joints adopt fine space design method,strict construction control measures are used to ensure the structure to achieve the desired seismic performance design objectives and requirements.
