梯子形石墨烯纳米条带输运性质的研究

摘    要:在紧束缚近似下,采用Green函数和Landauer-Büttiker公式计算了梯子型石墨烯纳米条带的电子输运性质。结果表明,随着阶梯数的增加,梯子型石墨烯纳米条带电导峰以0.0 eV为中心发生对称分裂,中心电导峰减小直至消失;随着阶梯间间隔变大,电导峰减小。通过数值计算,揭示了该新型石墨烯结构电子输运的物理机制,为基于石墨烯的新器件的设计和优化提供理论指导。

Abstract:Electronic transport properties of various structures of ladder-shaped graphene nanoribbon have been calculated by using Green’s function function and Landauer-Büttiker formulation in tight-binding approximation.The simulating results show that the conductance peak of the graphene strctures splits in 0.0eV as the symmetrical center and decreases until they disappear,with increasing of the ladders.The peaks of conductance will be suppressed with increasing of ladder interval.Our comprehensive studies on the electronic transport of graphene structures can provide physical insight and guidance for further optimization and theoretical studies of new graphene devices.
