摘    要:为解决杜家村煤矿1201工作面三软煤层大倾角综放工作面倒架、咬架等难题,基于对支架稳定性和现场地质条件及设备情况的分析,建立起支架工作时的力学模型,得出了支架倒架是由于支架上方空顶、工作面倾角大、底板软、顶梁铰接与前梁缺少侧护板和缺少防倒装置等因素综合作用引起的。通过对顶煤铺网、加快推进速度、加设防倒装置、沿煤层底板推进、合理有序移架及工序配合等防治措施,使工作面支架咬架、倒架现象明显减少。
