摘    要:提出并设计了一种将油润滑、纳米润滑和固体润滑一体化的方案.制备了具有微纳孔结构的FeS固体润滑层,利用真空浸油技术,在微纳孔结构中储存润滑油和纳米粒子,制备了纳米粒子、油、FeS固体润滑一体化涂层.在6 600 m in的试验范围内,摩擦系数保持在0.03~0.07之间,显示了该涂层具有低摩擦、耐磨损和长寿命,并给出了其应用范围.

Abstract:The method that integrated oil lubrication,nano-lubrication with solid lubrication was put forward in this paper.The FeS solid lubricating coating with nanometer micro-porous structure was produced.The lubricant and the nano-particles were stored in the nanometer micro-pores by vacuum oil impregnation technology.The coating integrated the nano-particles,oil-lubrication with solid lubricating.The friction coefficient of the coating is in the range of 0.03~0.07 when tested in 6 600 minutes,and it was testifie...
