| 摘 要： | 血小板的黏附、活化和聚集是动脉内血栓形成的关键性因素,在动脉粥样硬化的发展过程中以及由此引起的心血管事件中起着重要的作用。氯吡格雷,作为一种新型的抗血小板制剂,能够明显减少心血管事件的发生,在冠心病的治疗中有着重要的地位。现就其在急性冠脉综合征和经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中的作用,及其临床应用的安全性、抵抗现象、负荷剂量问题做一综述。

| Abstract: | The adhesion,activation and aggregation of platelet is the key factor in artery thrombosis,which play an important role in the development of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular events resulting from it.Clopidogrel,a new kind of antiplatelet agents,can reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular event and have key position in the treatment of cardiovascular disease.This article reviews Clopidogrel about its efficacy in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) as well as its clinical application about safty,resistance and loading dose. |
