摘    要:结合哈尔滨市磨盘山水库供水工程长输管线的施工,根据不同地段的现场情况研制了不同的管材二次倒运设备,介绍了爬犁载管和滚管两种管材倒运技术的特点及注意事项。工程实践表明,在土质松软的农田地段宜采用爬犁载管技术进行管材二次倒运;在泥泞的稻田等地段作业则宜采用滚管技术,上述两种技术的采用可节省工程投资、加快施工进度。

Abstract:Combined with the pipeline construction in the Harbin Mopanshan Reservoir water supply project, the different pipe secondary transport equipment was developed based on different construction land sections. The characteristics of plough-carrier pipe and scroll-carrier pipe technologies and the matters needing attention were introduced. The engineering practice shows that the plough-carrier pipe technology adapts to transport pipes on soft soil farmland, and the scroll-carrier pipe technology is applicable on muddy paddy field. The later can save the project investment and accelerate the construction progress.
