摘    要:利用制氢废液生产微生物絮凝剂不仅可以降低絮凝剂的生产成本,而且还能实现生物制氢的全程清洁生产。然而制氢废液的成分复杂,COD浓度及pH值变化幅度较大,会对产絮菌的产絮能力产生较大影响。基于此,研究了前期分离得到的6株产絮菌的形态、生理生化特性以及它们对不同废液成分利用能力的差异。以实际废液为底物的发酵试验结果表明,在乙醇型发酵的废液中,BF-2、BF-4、BF-6的产絮能力相对较强;BF-2、BF-4、BF-7在丙酸型和丁酸型发酵的废液中具有较强的产絮能力;混合型发酵的废液最适合BF-6和BF-9产絮。处理高岭土悬浊液的正交试验结果显示,乙醇含量是影响絮凝率的关键性因子,最佳乙醇含量是1100mg/L,最适合的产絮菌是BF-6;乙醇、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸含量分别为1100、900、200、300mg/L,是适合BF-6产絮的最佳组合成分。

Abstract:The use of the effluent from biohydrogen production reactor for producing microbial flocculants can decrease the production cost and realize the entirely clean production. However, the production of microbial flocculants is influenced greatly due to the complex compounds, high COD and unconstant pH in the effluent. Therefore, the morphology, physiological and biochemical features of the 6 flocculant-producing bacteria isolated previously and their ability of utilizing the effluent were investigated. The fermentation experiments using the real effluent as substrate show that BF-2, BF-4 and BF-6 have higher ability of producing flocculants in the ethanol type fermentation effluent. BF-2, BF-4 and BF-7 have higher ability of producing flocculants in the propionic acid and butyric acid type fermentation effluent. The mix acid type fermentation effluent is more suitable for BF-6 and BF-9. The experiments treating kaolin suspension prove that the ethanol concentration is the key factor influencing the flocculation rate, and the optimal concentration is 1 100 mg/L. BF-6 is the most effective to produce microbial flocculants when utilizing the ethanol type fermentation effluent. The optimal condition of 1 100 mg/L of ethanol, 900 mg/L of acetic acid, 200 mg/L of propionic acid and 300 mg/L of butyric acid is fit for BF-6 to produce microbial flocculants.
