煤的电化学脱硫机理研究

摘    要:本文在研究煤的电化学脱硫基础上 ,利用 X-射线衍射和红外光谱等现代测试手段研究了煤中无机硫和煤系黄铁矿硫的电化学脱硫机理。研究表明煤中无机硫和煤系黄铁矿硫的脱硫机理有相似之处。首先在电极表面产生活性氧或高价离子 ,活性氧氧化煤或煤系黄铁矿中无机硫为单质硫或硫酸盐硫。其中煤中硫氧化为硫酸盐硫 ,煤系黄铁矿硫氧化为硫或硫酸盐硫。

Abstract:The effect of coal and electrolytic conditions on inorganic sulfur removal from coal or coal-derived pyrite was studied.It is very clear that the rate of inorganic sulfur removal is different because of the inorganic sulfur distribution in coal and different electrolysis conditions.Then,the mechanism of inorganic sulfur removal from coal or coal-derived pyrite by electrolysis in acid or alkaline media was investigated by use of SEM and XRD.It is obvious that inorganic sulfur in coal is oxidized into SO 2- 4 or S and Fe ion into Fe(OH) 3 by active oxygen such as O -,O 2 at the anodic surface in alkaline media.In acid media,the inorganic sulfur can react with Mn 3 or Fe 3 and S can be oxidized into SO 2- 4 or S and Fe ion into Fe 2 or Fe 3 .
