消旋卡多曲治疗小儿急性水样腹泻临床疗效观察

目的观察消旋卡多曲治疗小儿急性水样腹泻的临床疗效。方法将112名水样腹泻患儿随机分为2组,每组56例,常规治疗均为抗病毒、补液(口服或静脉)、对症支持治疗,观察组在此基础上予口服消旋卡多曲,对照组则予口服双八面蒙脱石散剂 双歧杆菌乳杆菌嗜热链球菌三联活菌片,治疗72 h,观察2组疗效。结果观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为93%、66%,2组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),且观察组未发现明显副作用,治疗依从性更好。结论消旋卡多曲辅助治疗小儿急性水样腹泻安全、有效。

Clinical observation of acute watery diarrhea in infants with racecadotril graules

Objective To observe the curative effect of racecadotril graules on acute watery diarrhea in infants.Methods Altogether 112 infants with acute watery diarrhea enteritis were evenly divided into 2 groups at random.Both groups received a basic treatment,including antivirus,fluid infusion,and heteropeathy.Additiondly,the control group were given Montmorillonite power and Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Streptococcus thermophilus tablets,while the observation group were assistedly-treated with racecadotril graules.The clinical effects were compared between the 2 groups after 72 hours of treatment.Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93% and 66% respectively.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01)and no side effect was found in the observation group.Conclusion Racecadotril is an effective and secure drug in treating acute enteritis in infants.
