摘    要:根据2007年国务院通过的《核电中长期发展规划》,到2020年投入运行的核电装机容量达4.5×10^9kW(届时约占全国总装机容量的4%),在建核电装机容量达1.2×10^9kW。为实现这一发展目标,发展内陆核电势在必行。对青海核电建设的必要性论述及对我国目前内陆核电厂址选择条件结合青海实情,并借鉴欧洲国家内陆核电建设成功的先进经验,为内陆核电在青海省的突破和可持续发展创造有利条件。

Abstract:According to the "Medium and long-term nuclear power development plan",which was adopted in 2007 by the State Council, in 2020 the installed capacity of operation nuclear power will up to 4.5×10^9 kW (about 4% of the total installed capacity in China), installed capacity of nuclear power plant during construction up to 12×10^9 kW, the development of nuclear power development inland is imperative in order to achieve this goal. The necessity of nuclear power construction in Qinghai is expounded and the site conditions inland is described and analyzed in accordance with Qinhai's actual conditions the paper, successful experience of nuclear power construction inland from European is learnt, and it helps make breakthrough and create favorable conditions for sustainable development of nuclear power inland.
