摘    要:在293.04,312.93,332.90,352.70K下,用改进的静态法汽液平衡装置测量了二甲醚-异丙醚二组分物系的汽液平衡数据。实验结果表明,在汽相和液相中二甲醚含量在同一温度下随压力的升高而增加,在同一压力下随温度的升高而减小,低温、高压有利于二甲醚在异丙醚中的溶解。选用PR方程对实验数据进行了关联,拟合得到了PR方程的二元交互作用参数kij(kij=-0.013)。汽液平衡数据的实验值与PR方程的计算值的最大偏差分别为-0.006和-0.011,平均绝对偏差分别为0.003和0.004,表明PR方程能够很好地描述二甲醚-异丙醚二组分物系在实验温度和压力下的相平衡行为。

Abstract:Isothermal vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) data for dimethyl ether(1)-diisopropyl ether(2)(DME-DIPE) binary system were measured through static method in improved vapor-liquid equilibrium equipment at 293.04,312.93,332.90 and 352.70 K separately.The p-x and p-y diagrams showed that DME contents in both the liquid and vapor phases increased with heightening of pressure and lowering of temperature.PR equation was chosen to correlate the VLE data and the binary interaction parameter kij for the DME-DIPE system was obtained,which was-0.013.The maximum deviations between experimental data and values calculated by the PR equation were-0.006 for the vapor phase and-0.011 for the liquid phase.And the average absolute deviations for the two phases were 0.003 and 0.004,respectively.Conclusion can be proposed that the PR equation well describes the VLE behavior of DME-DIPE binary system under the experimental conditions.
