摘    要:目的建立气相色谱法测定脑通喷鼻微乳中麝香酮的含量。方法采用Agilent DB-WAX毛细管色谱柱(30.0 m×0.449 mm×0.85μm),FID检测器,程序升温:140℃维持8 min,再以30℃min-1升温至200℃维持10 min,进样口温度:250℃,检测器温度:280℃,外标法测定。结果麝香酮在浓度12~96μg·mL-1线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.8%(n=9)。结论该法简单、准确、重现性好,可用于脑通喷鼻微乳的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a GC method for the determination of muscone in Naotong Penbi microemulsion.Methods The chromatographic separation was carried out on the capillary column Agilent DB-WAX(30.0 m×0.449 mm×0.85 μm),and FID was used as the detector.The column temperature was programmed at 140 ℃for 8 min and then rose to 200 ℃ at a rate of 30 ℃·min-1,maintaining for 10 min.The temperature of inlet and detector was 250 ℃ and 280 ℃.Results The good linear relationship was shown at 12-96 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 99.4%,RSD=1.8%.Conclusion This method is simple and reliable with a good reproduction and can be used for the control of Naotong Penbi microemulsion.
