| 摘 要： | 螺旋焊接钢管的直径控制是螺旋焊管生产的重要质量指标之一。在三辊式成型机设置调径辊控制生产过程中的螺旋焊管直径，方法简单，控制准确。若采用螺旋焊管周长自动控制系统可以实现自动化控制螺旋焊管的直径。

| Abstract: | The diameter control is one of the important quality index for spiral welded steel pipes. On the three roll forming unit equipped with diameter adjust roll used for the diameter control in the whole production period,this method is simple and very exactly to controll. If it used this circumference automatic control system, the spiral welded pipe diameter could be controlled automatically. |
