Analysis on Abnormality of Closed Cooling Water System with Excess of Air

Closed cooling water system in thermal power plant is important and huge,providing cooling waterfor auxiliary equipment to enable auxiliary equipment and subsystem to run normally. There is excess of air inthe closed cooling water system of some units,which resulted in abnormal operation of closed cooling waterpump of the system. Therefore,causes for the failure are detected in detail. The cracked cooling water coppertube of the cooler behind air compressor for ash delivery is detected and air admission is stopped.
