摘    要:目的分析486例尿路感染患者尿液中病原菌类型及其耐药性,从而为临床用药提供更准确依据。方法收集486例2010年10月至2011年12月间呼和浩特市中蒙医院尿路感染患者的尿液,进行细菌培养,菌株鉴定,及药敏试验。结果在486例标本中,共分离出534株细菌。其中372株为革兰阴性菌,占69.66%;122株为革兰阳性菌,占22.89%;40株为真菌,占7.49%。结论尿路感染以革兰阴性菌为主,最常见大肠埃希菌,高耐药性在革兰阴性菌及革兰阳性菌中均普遍存在,临床需应用药敏试验指导用药。

Abstract:Objective To analysis the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteriain of urinary tract infection and provide reliable basis for clinical treatment.Method 486 cases of urinary tract infection from October 2010 to December 2011 have been isolated and cultured in the China-Mongolia Hospital of Hohhot Region.The drug sensitive test was then conducted with KB method.Result 534 pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 486 samples,Gram Negative bacteria accounted for 69.66%(372),Gram Positive cocci accounted for 22.89%(122),then,fungus accounted for 7.49%(40).Conclusion Urinary tract infection was mainly caused by the Gram Negative bacteria.Entetobacteriaceae was the most common one.High drug resistance rates occurred in both Gram Negative bacteria and Gram Positive cocci.The drug sensitive test should be used widely.
