基于人本需求的园区规划思考——以南京高新区总体规划为例

我国高新区建设已进入"二次创业"阶段,城市化是其必然,但高新区的主体人群构成决定了高新区规划并不完全等同于城市规划。文章以南京高新区总体规划为例,通过对主体人群的调研,剖析他们的工作、消费、心理行为等具体的文化特征,从而了解其特殊的需求,进而确定高新区规划中的结构模式、用地组成、用地比例、总体形象及环境建设等重点问题,规划一个人本需求下的高新技术园区。

The Consideration of Park Planning According to the Humanistic Requirement: Take Nanjing High and New Technique Park Master Plan as an Example
