摘    要:目的观察产后早期游泳对新生儿生理参数的改变,探讨早期游泳对新生儿生长发育的作用。方法收集260例阴道分娩的足月正常新生儿,随机分成2组:研究组140例,住院期间给予沐浴+游泳;对照组120例,住院期间给予沐浴,分别观察2组新生儿胎便排出时间、胎便转黄时间、体质量及黄疸指数。结果研究组新生儿初次胎便排出时间、胎便转黄时间较对照组明显提前,研究组新生儿血清总胆红素较对照组明显降低,2组比较有显著性差异。而比较2组新生儿产后第5天体质量无显著性差异。结论产后早期游泳能加快新生儿胎便的排出及转黄,促进消化系统的功能,降低新生儿生理性黄疸,有益于新生儿的生长发育,但能否增加新生儿体质量尚待进一步观察。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the changes of postpartum early swimming on physiologic parameter in newborn and to discuss the role of early swimming on neonatal growth development.Methods 260 normal neonates delivered from vagina were collected and randomly divided into two groups.140 cases in study group were given bathing and swimming in duration of hospital stay,the other 120 cases in control group were given swimming only in duration of hospital stay.The times of first defecation and meconium turning yellow,their body mass and jaundice index in the two groups were observed.Results The times of first defecation and meconium turning yellow in study group were obviously shorter than that in control group,there was significant difference.The total hemobilirubin in study group was obviously fewer than that in control group,there was significant difference.However,there was no significant difference on body mass between the two groups at the fifth day after delivering.Conclusion Postpartum early neonatal swimming can quicken the times of first meconium and meconium turning yellow,promote the function of digestive system,lower neonatal physiologically jaundice.It is beneficial to neonatal growth development.However,it needs further observing that early neonatal swimming can increase body mass of newborns or not.
