| 摘 要： | 山西焦煤集团公司炼焦煤的出口在我国的煤炭出口格局中占有举足轻重的地位。随着国民经济的发展，个别煤种、局部地区出现了煤炭供应紧张，煤炭出口不利。在分析了影响煤炭出口的各种因素后，从企业的长远发展考虑，认为保持煤炭出口规模，在全球化煤炭贸易中，保持企业应有的份额，实现企业效益最大化。
