合作型企业间电子商务中信任机制设计研究

摘    要:合作型企业间电子商务中参与合作的企业追逐私利的行为可能给合作关系带来损害,针对实施合作型企业间电子商务的上下游企业分别具有同等的获取市场需求信息能力和不具有同等的获取市场需求信息能力两种情形,从下游企业的角度提出了两种构造上下游企业间合作信任机制的策略,以避免下游企业夸大市场需求预测量的倾向,从而赢得上游企业的信任,建立起双方合作信任的伙伴关系.

Abstract:In collaborative B2B electronic commerce,the individual firm's myopia behavior of maximizing its own private profits may have great influence on the collaborative relationship.We propose two strategies aiming at constructing trust mechanism within an assembly system from the downstream's viewpoint.Both strategies are featured according to whether the upstream and the downstream have the identical ability to obtain future demand information.Our analysis shows that the trust mechanism can make the downstream avoid overstating the market prospect and build up the mutual trust between the partners.
