螺旋CT扫描在眼外伤诊断中的价值

目的 探讨螺旋CT技术在眼外伤诊断中优势。方法将40例眼部以钝力为主的眼外伤患者。给予螺旋CT及不同方位的扫描，为临床诊断提供病变信息。结果通过应用此项技术检查，可直接显示出眼球软组织和眼眶骨质的操作程度，特殊情况加用多方位扫描和多平面重建技术。从而显示出螺旋CT技术的优越性和它的诊断价值，明显降低了漏诊。结论在临床眼科尤其是眼部外伤的诊断中，单纯的X平片和普通CT检查是不够的，螺旋CT扫描是一项必不可少的检查项目，多方位扫描起到了互补的作用，为临床眼科提供了准确的诊断和治疗的方案，明显地降低了眼外伤的漏诊。

Application of spiral CT scan on ocular trauma

To discuss the good of spiral CT scan on ocuar trauma. 40 cases of eyeball's blunt trauma were examined with spiral CT scan and the other scan. It would have clinical message for the diagnosis of ocular trauma. The good and value of spiral CT scan were showed by examining eye ball and orbit with it. [Conclusions] Spiral CT scan is a essential diagnostic technique for ocular trauma. The other scan is compatible. They provide accurate diagosis and treatment for doctors and decrease omission of ocular trauma.
