| Abstract: | 25 kinds of the weldable Tin and Tin-base alloys electroplating processes in the nearest 10 years in China were rewiewed systematically and completely. The character of each kind of process was compared from performance of baths and quality of plating film. The developing trend of weldable electoplating was put out. |
