超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛在卵巢肿瘤中的表达

摘    要:目的为探讨超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量与卵巢肿瘤发生、发展的关系。方法选择住院手术治疗,并经病理证实为卵巢肿瘤患者38例,良性肿瘤(良瘤组)20例,恶性肿瘤(恶瘤组)18例;临床分期Ⅰ期5例,Ⅱ期2例,Ⅲ期7例,Ⅳ期2例,转移性肿瘤2例,与选择住院行输卵管结扎或吻合术患者20例比较,观察血清中SOD活性、MDA含量变化,并结合7例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者SOD、MDA的近期动态变化分析。结果(1)恶瘤组MDA含量高于对照组(P<0.01)和良瘤组(P>0.05);SOD活性高于对照组;低于良瘤组(P均<0.01)。(2)各类型肿瘤的SOD、MDA比较,其值不同,但无差异(P>0.05)。(3)随手术及化疗后血清中MDA迅速下降,SOD活性逐渐增强,临床症状缓解。结论MDA含量的异常升高、SOD活性减弱是卵巢肿瘤的表达,其变化与卵巢肿瘤的恶性程度呈正相关,与卵巢肿瘤治疗后转归有一定的相关性,但无特异性。

Abstract:Objective To studay the relationship between living of SOD, concentrations of MDA and ovarian tumor occuring and progression in patients with ovarian tumor.Methods To measure li ning of SOD and concentrations of MDA in serum for 20 patients with benign ovarian tumor (benign overian tumor group); 18 with malignent ovarian tumor (malignent overian tumor group) and 20 normal wormen as control analysis (normal control group).Results (1) the level of MDA in maligment ovarian tumors was significantly higher than that of the pationts as control (p<0.01) and of the benign ovarian tumor (P>0.05); the living of SOD in malignent tumor group was significantly higher than that of the control (P<0.01) and lower than that of the benign tumor group (P<0.01).(2) The differences is unsignificant for SOD and MDA among different pathological type of ovarian tumor (P>0.05).(3)The clinical symptoms get easing along with the increasing living of SOD gradually after operation and treatment. Conclusion The abnormal increasing of MDA and the lower of SOD living are expressive for ovarian tumor. The changes are related to malignent degree and transformation of ovarian tumor after treatment. but no specificity.
