Abstract: | A case with multiple intracranial germinomas involving basal ganglia and corpus callosum is presented. Clinical and sequential neuroradiological studies demonstrated the entire course of multiple tumour development. These findings suggested that the multiple tumours were intracranial metastatic deposits from primary germinoma in the pineal body. A common primary pineal or suprasellar lesion should be carefully ruled out in the cases of germ cell tumours occurring in unusual regions. |
