星状神经节阻滞术联合逍遥散口服治疗更年期综合征临床观察

目的：了解星状神经节阻滞术联合口服逍遥散治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法：180例更年期综合征患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各90例。试验组以星状神经节阻滞术联合逍遥散口服治疗,对照组给予雌激素,维生素及心理治疗,疗程28d。于治疗前后分别进行Kupperman评分及访谈评估疗效,比较2组间差异并进行分析。结果：2种方法在治疗更年期综合征上皆有较好疗效,但试验组在改善Kupperman评分上优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：星状神经节阻滞术联合逍遥散口服是一种更佳的治疗更年期综合征的方法,简单安全、无不良反应发生。

Clinical Observation of Stellate Ganglion Block Combined with Xiaoyaosan Oral Therapy for Menopause

Objective：Understanding Clinical stellate ganglion block combined with oral xiaoyaosan therapy for menopause.Methods：180 cases of menopausal syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups（90 cases）.Experimental group was treated by stellate ganglion block combined with Xiaoyaosan oral treatment,Control group was given estrogen,vitamin and psychological treatment for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment efficacy Kupperman score and interviews were assessed to compare the difference between 2 groups.Result：2 methods of treatment revealed better effects on the menopause syndrome,but the experimental group improved on the Kupperman score than the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：stellate ganglion block combined with Xiaoyaosan oral treatment is a better method of menopausal syndrome,simple and safe,without adverse reaction,it is promoting the use of primary hospital.
