LED汽车前照灯散热研究现状

摘    要:随着大功率白色LED的光通量进一步提高,LED在汽车灯具应用中必将逐渐取代传统的白炽灯和卤钨灯,成为汽车照明的“第四代”光源。但目前LED运用于汽车前照灯还面临许多技术难点,其中较难克服的一部分是LED灯具的散热问题。该文介绍了已有的LED前照灯的散热解决方法,论述了当前散热方案存在的问题以及今后改善散热问题的方向。

Abstract:With the luminous flux of high-power white LED has been further improved, LED will gradually replace incandescent lamp and halogen lamp, and become the “fourth generation” light source of automotive lighting. Now there are still a number of technical difficulties in LED application for automotive headlamp, one more difficult to overcome of which is the heat dissipation problem of LED headlamp. In this paper, the current LED headlamps heat dissipation solutions are introduced, and the problems of the current cooling solutions are discussed, then the future direction of improving the heat dissipation is given.
