中青年冠心病患者社会支持状况及相关因素的研究

目的:探讨中青年冠心病患者的社会支持状况及相关因素。方法:应用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和病人一般情况表,对95例住院治疗的中青年冠心病患者的社会支持及其相关因素进行调查。结果:中青年冠心病患者的社会支持程度低于全国常模。性别、受教育程度,有无既往病史与中青年冠心病患者的社会支持程度未发现相关性(P>0.05);中青年冠心病患者的社会支持的主观支持及社会支持总分与病程呈负相关(P<0.05),与治疗方式呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:多数中青年冠心病患者所获得的社会支持较低,在患者住院期间,应对患者及其家属进行冠心病知识的健康教育,并指导家属及亲友多给予患者精神及物质上的支持,鼓励其倾诉自身烦恼并协助解决,护理人员可根据患者的特点,制定相应的护理方式,促进康复,提高患者生活质量。

A study on social support status and relevant factors of young and middle-aged coronary heart disease patients

Objective: To evaluate the social support status and relevant factors of young and middle-aged coronary heart disease patients.Methods:Investigation carried out against the social support status and relevant factors of 95 young and middle-aged coronary disease patients by implementing the social support ration scale(SSRS) and patient common data questionnaire.Results: The support level given to young and middle-aged coronary heart disease patients is lower than the regular national level.Gender,education and previous medical history were found irrelevant to social support level.(P<0.05);the cause of disease appears to be negatively correlative to the social support to young and middle-aged coronary heart disease patients(P<0.05);treatment was found positively correlative to the social support acquired by the young and middle-aged coronary heart disease patients(P<0.05).Conclusions: The social support received by majority of young and middle-aged coronary heart patients is relevantly low.When the patients are in hospital,their family should be trained for the coronary health knowledge and should be guided to provide more mental and physical support thus the patients' can be encouraged to confide their pain then they could be assisted in issue resolving.Nursing personnel may work out related caring method according to the patients feature so that the patients' healing can be accelerated and their life quality can be increased.
