| 摘 要： | 目的：检测不同证候类型胃癌细胞拓扑异构酶Ⅱ（topoⅡ）的表达。方法：原发性胃癌标本52例。中医辨证分为肝胃郁热型、脾胃虚寒型、瘀毒内阻型、痰湿凝结型，SP免疫组织化学染色检测拓扑异构酶Ⅱ的表达。结果：topoⅡ标记指数与胃癌中医辨证各分型均有明显相关性，其中以瘀毒内阻型topoⅡ表达最强。结论：说明瘀毒内阻型胃癌细胞对于DNA调节控制及细胞核内核酸代谢过程功能较强，同对各种肿瘤抗癌药物敏感性表现也较高。
