| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝切除术联合术中胆道镜治疗肝内胆管结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析2004年1月～2008年10月采用肝切除联合术中纤维胆道镜治疗肝内胆管结石的60例病人的临床资料,分析其近期并发症和远期效果。结果本组术后无1例死亡,并发症率为11.7%,结石残留率为14.5%。结论采用肝切除联合肝内胆管结石不仅安全可行,而且可以明显降低结石残留率,改善手术效果。

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the effect of hepatectomy combined with intraoperative cholangioscope for intrahepatic cholelithiasis. Methods] To analysis retrospectively the 60 cases of intrahepatic cholelithiasis treated with hepatectomy combined with intraoperative cholangioscope and to investigate the morbidity and mortality. Results] There was no mortality, the morbidity rate was 11.7%, and the rate of residual stone was 14.5%. Conclusions ] Combined with intraoperative cholangioscope is safe and feasible for hepatectomy. The rate of stone retain is significantly low using this method. |
