灵芝胞外多糖液体发酵培养基的优化

摘    要:灵芝液体发酵过程中培养各主要成分之类间的比例对灵芝胞外多糖产量有明显影响。正交试验结果表明,当发酵培养基的配方为葡萄糖3.5%、(NH4)2SO40.1%、MgSO40.05%、KH2PO40.2%、酵母膏0.2%,培养基初始pH6.0,此时得到的胞外多糖(EPS)的量可以达到最大,实验中还进行了在不同培养基中灵芝菌丝体的生物量测定,结果表明生物量最高的培养基中灵芝胞外多糖的产量并非最高。

Abstract:During the course of liquid fermentation for Ganoderma lucidum, it is apparently that the proportion among the main components of the culture media effects the production of the exopolysccharide(EPS) of G. lucidum. The results after the orthogonal experiment indicate that the production of EPS of Ganoderma Lucidum will be more higher when the recipe of fermentation medium is yeast extract paste (YEP) 0.2%, glucose 3.5%, (NH 4) 2SO 40.1%, MgSO 40.05% , KH 2PO 40.2% and the imcipient pH is adjusted to about 6.0. At the same time, we have surveyed the biomass of the Ganodermic mycelium in different culture media. And the results show that the production of EPS is not the highest in the media, in which the biomass of the Ganodermic mycelia is the highest.
