民机研制双五归零在质量问题中的应用

对民机设计、制造、试验及试飞等过程中出现的质量问题,采用一般的归零方法,不能有效地解决问题,为此采用＂双五归零＂的方法,首先给出了双五归零的定义及其解释,结合飞机某部位发生的质量问题,按照双五归零的思路和方法,从问题定位和原因分析、机理分析、问题复现,采取有效的措施、举一反三等5个方面对问题进行了完整的分析,以彻底关闭该问题。通过对＂双五归零＂的介绍和应用,以指导设计中的质量问题归零。

Application of Double-five Return to Zero in Civil Aircraft Quality Management

It is not effective for general return to zero methods in the qualitu process of civil aircraft design,manufacture and test.So,it presents and defines the double-five return to zero method.Combining with quality problem occurred in some parts of aircraft,it uses the double-five return to zero methods to analyze the cause,fault generation mechanism,errors frequency,improvement measurement and so on.Taking some examples as models,it shows that the double-five return to zero method can avoid the quality problem and guide the product development.
