| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济条件下，教师职业的特殊性对高校教师自身的道德素养也提出了更高的职业要求。激励高校教师主动选择高境界的职业道德行为，强化教师角色意识和职业规范，需要职业道德规范和职业制度安排的宏观整合，需要高校管理制度的创新，完善激励和约束制度，有效地规范和调节高校教师的职业行为选择。

| Abstract: | Under the socialist market economy condition, the particularity of teacher's job has put forward higher job request too for university's teacher's own morals accomplishment. Encourage university Mr. choose high professional ethics behavior of realm voluntarily , strengthen consciousness and job norm, role of teacher,, need job code of ethic and job macroscopic that system arrange combine , need university innovation of management system, perfect and encourage and restrain the system, standardize and regulate university's teacher's job behavior choice effectively. |
