京郊山区荒溪灾害危险区计算机制图系统研究与开发

摘    要:山区荒溪灾害危险区划分及制图是防治山洪泥石流灾害的基本技术措施之一,手工计算和绘制危险区图存在着制图精度低、速度慢、贮存管理不便等缺点。该文在研究危险区制图模型的基础上,利用地理信息系统理论和计算机技术建立荒溪危险区计算机制图系统,提高了制图速度和精度,改变了制图方式和图形管理环境,达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:The torrent hazard zone mapping is one of the basic techniques to take precautionsagainst or lighten the flcod and debris flow calamities,With shortcomings such as low precision,slow speed of progress,the conventional mapping method by hands is not convenient to be usedand managed.On the foundation of the hazard zone mapping,the torrent hazard zone computersystem was established in this paper.According to its application in the Beijing mountain areas,this computer system proved quick and accurate at mapping.
