大尺寸ACCH型芳纶纸蜂窝定型工艺研究

摘    要:根据大尺寸芳纶纸蜂窝特点制定了定型方案,测定了ACCH型芳纶纸蜂窝的最佳定型温度,分析了定型烘箱风机频率与风速的关系以及定型时间对芳纶纸蜂窝尺寸收缩率的影响。结果表明,芳纶纸蜂窝定型温度选择时应将芳纶纸玻璃化转变温度与安全定型温度结合考虑,选用265℃作为定型温度,以保证定型时避免高温炭化燃烧而发生危险;蜂窝定型时定型烘箱内的热循环风速越大、风速均匀性越高越有利于蜂窝定型的一致性,频率为35Hz时,风速普遍低于1.0m/s,经过蜂窝块周边孔格的热风受边缘效应的影响,风速较低且偏差大;当频率为45Hz时,循环风速普遍高于1.25m/s以上,且均匀性较好。定型保温45min,蜂窝定型72h后长度尺寸收缩率均低于2.5%。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of large size aramid paper honeycomb,the optimum setting temperature of the ACCH aramid paper honeycomb was measured.The relationship between the frequency of the fan and the wind speed of setting oven,and the effect of setting time on the shrinkage rate of large size aramid paper honeycomb was analyzed.The results show that the glass transition temperature of aramid paper and the safety setting temperature should be taken into consideration when choosing the setting temperature.265℃is selected as the setting temperature to avoid the danger of high-temperature carbonization combustion during the setting.The higher the heat circulating wind speed in setting oven,the higher the uniformity of the wind speed,the more conducive to setting consistency.When the frequency is 35 Hz,the wind speed is generally lower than 1.0 m/s,and the hot air passing through the cells around the honeycomb block is affected by the edge effect.The wind speed is low and the deviation is large;when the frequency is 45 Hz,the circulating wind speed is generally higher than 1.25 m/s,and the uniformity is better.The setting heat preservation is 45 min,and after 72 h,length dimensional shrinkage rate is less than 2.5%.
