| 摘 要： | 目的评估甲基强的松龙(methylprednisolone,MP)联合环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,CTX)冲击治疗重症儿童狼疮性肾炎(lupus nephritis,LN)的疗效及安全性.方法将20例重症LN随机分为A、B两组治疗(每组各有肾病综合征型5例,其中3例肾穿刺为弥漫增殖型;急性肾炎综合征型5例,其中2例伴有肾功能损害).A组采用MP CTX;B组采用CTX加标准激素疗法,观察两组的疗效及不良反应.结果 A组尿蛋白下降 50 % 时间、血尿消失时间、血肌苷恢复正常时间均短于B组(P＜0.05);A组总有效率为 80.0 % 大于B组 50 %.无明显不良反应.结论 MP联合CTX冲击治疗重症LN安全、有效、无严重副作用.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of methylprednisolone(MP) and cyclophosphamide(CTX) intermittent intravenous plus therapy in the severe lupus nephritis(LN) in children.MethodsTwenty patients of LN were randomly divided into two groups:Group A ten patients were treated by pulse therapy with MP combined with CTX.Group B pulse therapy with CTX combined with oral prednisone.The therapeutic efficacy and side reactions in both groups were observed and compared.ResultsThe onset of the treatment effect in group A was much earlier than that in group B(P<(0.05)).The rate of remission of group A was also much higher than that of group B.ConclusionThe combination pulse therapy with MP plus CTX is a safe and effective method for the treatment of LN in children. |
