摘    要:对镁粒脱硫机理进行深入分析,查找影响快速脱硫和提高镁粒利用率的关键因素,对喷枪气化室结构尺寸进行优化改进,设计、优化喷枪最佳插入深度,改造扒头,减轻回硫,形成了高效、快速脱硫技术,满足了转炉快节奏生产及吹氩直上工艺的需求。

Abstract:By further study on desulphurization mechanism of magnesium particles, exploring the key factors influencing the accelerated desulphurization and the utilization rate of magnesium particles, optimizing the dimension of the lance and gasification chamber and the immersion depth of the lance, modifying the slag skimmer to reduce resulphurization, the efficient and accelerated desulphurization technology is thus formed, while the demand of BOF on the quick production rhythm and argon blowing process is satisfied as well.
