| 摘 要： | 公平与效率是现代社会发展理论与实践中的焦点问题,它融贯于各种类型的社会发展观中,在不同的社会发展观影响和主导下,就会有产生不同的公平观与效率观。人们关于公平与效率关系的研究视角和价值判断与社会发展观演变的背景是契合的。只有实现从以物为中心的发展观向以人为中心的发展观的转变,公平与效率才能在全新的视界和评价尺度中消解对立,实现整合。

| Abstract: | As the focuses of social development in modern times, justice and efficiency are argued by all kind of viewpoints on social development. In fact, justice and efficiency can be defined in many ways according to different viewpoints. The research and evaluation about the relations between justice and efficiency usually agree with specific viewpoints on social development in different times. Only could the evolution from material-oriented viewpoint to the human-oriented be realized, justice and efficiency would eliminate confrontation and be integrated and re-evaluated with a new angle. |
