结直肠癌组织中AKT2的表达变化及意义

目的观察结直肠癌组织中AKT2蛋白的表达，探讨其在结直肠癌预后判断中的应用价值。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测75例结直肠癌组织和20例癌旁正常组织中的AKT2。结果AKT2阳性表达在正常组织中低于结直肠癌组织（P〈0．01），并与淋巴结转移、Dukes分期、浸润深度、远处转移有关（P均〈0．05）；AKT2阳性者的生存时间明显短于阴性者（P=0．0007）。多因素分析结果显示，淋巴结转移、Dukes分期、远处转移和AKT2是独立的预后指标（P分别为0．013、0．018、0．001、0．038）。结论结直肠癌组织中AKT2表达上调；AKT2阳性表达与结直肠癌转移、侵袭性有关，可作为评价结直肠癌预后的指标之一。

Expression and significance of AKT2 protein in colorectal cancer

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of AKT2 protein in colorectal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of AKT2 protein in 75 colorectal carcinoma tissue and 20 normal tissues. Results The AKT2 expression in normal tissue was lower than in colorectal cancer tissues, and had something to do with lymph node metastases, Dukes stage, depth of invasion, distant metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The survival time of AKT2 positive patients was significantly shorter than the negative （ P = 0. 000 7 ）. Lymph node metastases, dukes stage , distant metastasis and AKT2 were independent prognostic factor （P = 0. 013,0. 018,0. 001,0. 038 ）. Conclusions AKT2 expression raises in colorectal cancer tissue; AKT2 positive expression relates to metastasis and invasion of colon cancer. AKT2 can be used as an indicator of prognosis in colorectal cancer.
