摘    要:研究了母带厚度、钢液过热度、浸渍时间等工艺参数对薄带凝固层厚度的影响规律。认为母带与凝固层之间良好焊合的前提是母带表面产生部分熔化,并获得了焊合的最佳工艺条件。

Abstract:The effects of technical parameters on the thickness of solidified shell were studied, such as base strip thickness, liquid steel superheating and dipping time. The prerequisites for good bonding between base strip and solidifying shell lie on the surface of base strip partly melted and excellent bending technique.
