Ti32Mo在盐酸溶液中的电化学研究

摘    要:用阳极极化曲线和电化学交流阻抗研究了Ti32Mo在不同温度、不同浓度盐酸溶液中的腐蚀电化学行为。实验结果证明Ti32Mo在实验用盐酸溶液中处于自钝化状态。自腐蚀电位下的阻抗谱呈现单纯容抗特征,而在18℃、4mol/L盐酸溶液中较高阳极极化电位下,阻抗谱高频部分呈现容抗特征,低频段呈现感抗特征。采用合适的数学模型对阻抗谱进行了解释,并且用相应的等效电路进行拟合计算,结果表明解释是合理的。

Abstract:The corrosion performance of Ti32Mo in a HCl solution at different temperature and concentrations was studied. Anodic polarization curves and EIS prove that Ti32Mo is self-passive in the HCl solution used in the experiment. When Ti32Mo was put into 4mol/L HCl solution at 18℃ with the potential of 0.9V or 1.5V, EIS was characterized by the capacitive resistance of high frequency and the inductive resistance of low frequency. A proper mathematics mode was applied to the impedance of the passive-film-cover Ti32Mo, and the simulated result in accordance with the equivalent circuit indicates that the mathematics mode is correct .
