微灌技术在原地爆破浸出钻孔布液中的研究与应用

摘    要:为解决原地爆破浸出钻孔布液中存在的溶液分配不均匀问题,引用了微灌技术。在国内现有注液器的基础上,引伸研制出适合原地爆破浸出钻孔布液工艺特点的注液器——多孔出流布液管,并提出了与之相适应的布液管网阻力与流量分配的计算方法。多孔出流布液管在工业试验中布液均匀度达到89.72%,浸出效果明显改善。

Abstract:Uneven distribution of drill lixiviant for stope leaching was solved by adopting micro-irrigation technology. A new type of irrigator multi-hole outflow pipe is developed which is suitable for drill lixiviant distribution for stope leaching, and a calculation method is put forward for pipe network's resistance and flow distribution. In the industrial test, the multi-hole outflow pipe has a lixiviant distribution uniformity of 89.72%. The leaching effectis improved greatly.
