摘    要:在对捕集器系统进行理论研究的基础上 ,利用C+ + Builder编程环境编制了容器式捕集器结构尺寸优化设计软件。该软件根据标准油气分离器的工艺计算方法进行初步设计 ;采用动态模拟技术 ,建立捕集器内压力、液位变化、气液出口调节阀等动态优化数学模型。当管路为段塞流时 ,可动态模拟当 1/ 10 0 0概率最大液塞进入捕集器时液位和压力的动态变化 ,据此确定捕集器最优结构尺寸 ;当管路为其它流型时 ,可确定已知结构捕集器清管时允许的最大液体流量 ,以指示清管操作。

Abstract:On the basis of theoretical research on slug-catcher, the software of optimum design of the size of the vessel-type slug-catcher was programmed in C ++ Builder environment. In accordance with the technological calculation method of standard oil and gas separator, the software provides preliminary design, and it adopts dynamic simulation method and establishes the dynamic mathematical model for the pressure and liquid level and regulating valve at gas-fluid outlet. When slug flow is encountered, the software is capable of conducting dynamic simulations of the change of the liquid level and pressure in case of the maximum liquid slug 1 in 1000 entering the slug catcher. Thus the maximum size of the slug catcher is determined. When other flow pattern occurs, the maximum allowable liquid flow rate can be determined in pigging with slug-catcher of given structure in order to instruct pigging operation.
